Handmade Objects

All objects from Relaxacraften are handmade to order or in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, size, and form are inherent to handmade work and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissioned pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. We will work closely with you throughout the commission process to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an object arrives damaged or with a structural defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@relaxacraften.world. Include photographs of the damage. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Changes of Mind

Due to the handmade nature of our work and small studio capacity, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Please contact us if you have concerns about a piece, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Care Instructions

Each object comes with appropriate care instructions. Damage resulting from improper care or use is not covered under this policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout the United States via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the time your order is processed. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive additional protection, and all shipments are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and packaging.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—please contact us for current promotions.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional time for creation, typically 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom commissions may take longer depending on complexity.

We will provide an estimated completion date when you place your order. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.
